CNC Fiber Laser Cutting
Fiber laser cutting machines are more recent laser technology that uses a bank of diodes to create the beam, which is focused through a fiber-optic cable. Fiber laser cutting process allow you to achieve a faster and cleaner cutting process than CO2 laser cutting machines.

CNC Plasma Cutting
CNC plasma cutting refers to the cutting of metals using a plasma torch controlled from a computer. Plasma cutters operate by forcing a gas or compressed air at high speeds through a nozzle. Once an electric arc is introduced to the gas, ionized gas or plasma is created, the fourth state of matter. It, in turn, cuts through the metal.

CNC Brake Press Folding :
On CNC Brake Press machines, we can program the type of folding by entering the radius of curvature, the distance between the bends and the angle. We choose this distance according to the type of finish we want. Once these data have been entered, the CNC will carry out the necessary calculations to determine the degrees of bending in each one of them so that we can obtain the desired final result .

Roll bending is perhaps the most unique sheet metal forming process due to the machinery used. A roll bending system has three cylindrical rollers to bend sheet metal into an arc or full round.
Our machining centres allow us to offer customers one stop shopping in procurement of components. We offer finished products with high accuracies & close tolerances.
The machining facilities include a series of latest Japanese, American & German CNC Turning Centres & Milling Centres (3 rd. 4th & 5th axis) bed-size ranging from 400mm to 1050mm and conventional machines like Lathes, SPMs, Drilling, Tapping, Broaching & Milling. The machine shop is well supported by our in-house tool room.
Quality Statistical Process Control methods & Run Charts are used extensively for In Process Quality Control. We continually train & upgrade our team in systems like 5S, Kaizen, Product Traceability, Single Cell Flow, etc. to improve our overall performance.

Welding is a process that joins materials, usually metals , by using high heat to melt the parts together and allowing them to cool, causing fusion.
We continuously invest in upgrading our weld shop, welders and quality engineers. We do so by giving regular welding training to our qualified welders and quality engineers from acknowledged institutions and using series of latest weld machines of Esab and Fronius. In house welding lab facility, Welding SPM’s, on job training to our welders helps us to maintain the consistency in our welding quality. Our quality engineers are well qualified in PT,VT,MPT.
We also have welding table to make initial protos without tooling.
Types of welding Process we do in house:
- 1Mig/MAG Welding (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel)
- Tig welding (Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium)
- Spot Welding (Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel)
- Liquid Paint
- Anodizing
- Powder Coating – Aluminium
- Shot Blasting
- Ultrasonic Cleaning
- Glass Beading
- Vibro/Ball Burnishing

Creating new tooling or adapting old ones to our manufacturing capabilities is an essential step in meeting the requirements for setting up a job & ensuring the quality of the end product.
Production of fixtures & dies is accomplished with the help of our state-of-the-art tool room with facilities like CNC Machining Centres, Lathes, Milling & other conventional machines.
Engineers apart from utilizing 3D CAM/CAD for the designing of fixtures & dies, use the same to suggest customers, if possible, any modifications which might result in optimum use of raw materials or better productivity. The computerized engineering data is directly converted into tooling manufactured by the fast CNC Machining Centres to reduce the lead times.
